UK Taekwon-Do Squad / Training Sessions

UK Taekwon-Do will be hosting weekend training sessions at the following venue.

The Village Hall, Thurleigh Road, Milton Ernest, Beds

The cost is £5.00 per person per training session. Training will include sparring, pad work, fitness and sparring techniques.

Black Belt Master Class 1st Degree & Above

On Saturday 19th January 2008 there will be a black belt master class. It will take place at Offley Village Hall, Luton Road, Offley, Hitchen, SG5 3DG. The class will be hosted by Master Hiron John IIV. Please call 079611 88190 for details.

Next Grading

The next grading will be taking place on Friday 25th January 2008 at Stondon Village Lower School. Please make sure you download any theory sheets needed. If you need a printed copy, please see your instructor.

Black Belt Grading

The next black belt grading will take place on 25th March 2008 at South End School, Wymington Road, Rushden.

Black Belt Classes

Starting 15th January 2008, there will be a black belt class on Tuesday's at South End School, Rushden on between 8 PM and 9 PM. The class will be open to blue belts and above. The class will include sparring, weapons, self defence, patterns up to 5th degree black belt. Part of the class will also feature pad work, kicking and punching techniques. Please note that Hand and foot pads,body armour, shin pads, groin guard, head guard and gum shield will be needed for this class.
1. Patterns--Sine Wave, 2. Sparring--Kicking Theory, 3. Breaking--Iron Hands, 4. Break Falling, 5. Grappling--My Way!!, 6. Weapons, 7. Special Techniques.

Black belt classes also starting on Friday's at Stondon Village Hall between 8 - 9 PM.

Sparring Pads

Please note that all students of green belt and above MUST have sparring pads, head guard, gum shield, groin guard, shin and fore arm guards. Please see your instructor for further details.
